#8 Defusing Negative Energy, and Stress

The Name כהת (pronounced Ke-hat) disperses and neutralizes negative influences—both those that arise from our environment and those that originate within us.

Meditation: The negativity and stress around me evaporate. I become aware of the energy field surrounding my body and allow it to fill with Light and positive energy. My state of being is uplifted, and the space around me transforms into positivity. I breathe in… As I exhale, stress and negative tension drift away. Pressure dissolves, and energies from others and the outside world are purified as they enter my sphere. I feel balanced and at peace.
