Using the Name מהש (pronounced Ma-hash) carries the power to transmit deep healing energy. It Promotes deep emotional, mental, and relational healing. This healing can manifest on many levels, addressing all forms of “illness” in one’s life—physical challenges, strained relationships, and emotional or mental imbalances. Meditation: I am not a victim. The path I take is my choice. I act proactively and take responsibility for my current situation. I am responsible for my own healing, and I have the power to make it happen. I am experiencing [name the condition], and I am healing. With each breath, I am filled with the Light and restorative power of the Creator. I direct this Light like a focused beam toward the affected area.
I recognize internal chaos and gently release it, replacing it with positive, healing energy.
