#36 The name מנד (pronounced Mah-nad) helps release fear and supports a life of freedom, purpose, and fulfillment. Its power lies in helping us overcome the fears that cling to us, holding us back and weighing down our existence. These fears often consume us, leaving us preoccupied with managing them. By uprooting them from the very core of our being, we can achieve true liberation.
