(#51) ה.ח.ש Guilt-Free – Supports repentance, accountability, and the restoration of one’s connection to spiritual light.
Essence of the Name: (pronounced Ha’cha’sh) can restore our connection with our true self. In Hebrew, the concept of repentance (Teshuvah – תשובה) comes from the verb “to return”—returning to the point where we lost connection with the Light. The power of this name helps us remember every negative deed we have done, feel the pain of those we may have harmed, and, with the help of the Light, erase the negative qualities that caused the injury.
Meditation: I recall past deeds or negative traits that may have caused harm to another. I take full responsibility for the pain and suffering I may have caused. As I mentally return to those moments, I send compassion and Light to those I have harmed. I observe the unkind words, actions, or darkness I created, and I consciously replace them with Light, joy, and love. I ask the Creator to heal my Shadow and grant me true repentance.
