#58 Let Go, Let God

This name helps us release the suffering and pain caused by past events. It frees us from being prisoners of our past. By meditating on this name, we can step into a future filled with hope and positive outcomes. Releases attachment to the past and opens the way for miracles.

Meditation: I am letting go—of past pain, regret, and trauma. All of it. If a particular memory or theme keeps resurfacing, I picture it in my mind. I return to that moment, then reverse it, planting a new, positive seed in its place. I release the emotions that weigh me down, replacing all baggage with Light and love. I look forward, not back.
